So I have just finished a Master of Science in Digital Media at the International School of New Media (July 2005, University of Lübeck, Germany). With this Masters, I was able to join two things: My professional knowledge with the will to work for a more social goal. With the support of my school and a German institution (GTZ) I spent two months aplying qualitative research in a project called “Connect and Learn” in Tanzania. My goal was to analyse the eficiency of the project from the communication perspective. The results were rather interesting and this study is giving me the great opportunity to take part in several important events in the information society and sustainable development field, like the World Forum on Information Society that will happen in Tunisia, as a prep for the World Summit happening in the same place, the day after.
